1. About these terms

This website is operated by RENVOR, an independent web design studio run by Lorcan Myles from Tallanstown, Co. Louth, Ireland. By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Prices shown on this website

Published prices describe the scopes set out on the relevant pages: Professional €549, Business €749, Premium from €1,199, Landing Page from €199, Website Redesign from €349, Website Admin System from €199 extra, Managed Hosting at €150 per year, and Website Care at €35 per month in the first year and €45 per month after that. They are an invitation to enquire rather than a binding offer. Custom development and automation are quoted individually.

Website package prices include the first twelve months of hosting from launch. After that, hosting renews at the published Managed Hosting price unless the website is on Website Care, which includes hosting, so hosting is never charged twice. Website Care includes up to 30 minutes of minor content changes each month. Unused update time does not carry over to the next month.

The price for your project becomes fixed when RENVOR issues a written scope and quote and you accept it. Where a page says "from", the final price depends on the scope agreed.

Domain registration, third-party services (such as email accounts, booking or payment platforms, paid plugins and stock images) and advanced functionality may be additional where applicable. Any extra cost is named before you commit.

These prices apply to new enquiries. They do not change any agreement or quote already in place with an existing client. Published prices may change for future enquiries; a quote already issued to you does not change.

3. Timelines

Any timeline given in a quote is an estimate, measured from the point your content is complete and any deposit is paid. It does not form part of any contract unless a specific date is agreed in writing in your project scope.

4. No performance guarantees

RENVOR builds websites designed to improve discoverability, credibility and enquiry generation. Nothing on this website is a guarantee of search rankings, traffic volumes, enquiry numbers, conversion rates or revenue. Search engine results depend on many factors outside any web designer's control.

5. Project work

Design and development work is governed by a separate written scope, quote and client agreement issued before work begins. That documentation sets out deliverables, revision rounds, payment terms, timelines, intellectual property and hosting or care arrangements, and takes precedence over anything on this website in the event of any inconsistency.

6. Intellectual property

The design, code, text, layout and graphics of this website are owned by RENVOR unless stated otherwise. You may view, download and print pages for your own reference. You may not reproduce, republish or commercially exploit any part of it without written permission.

Client work shown on this website — including the JMA Detailing case study — is published with the client's agreement. Their brand names, logos, photography and content remain their property.

7. Links to other websites

This website links to third-party websites, including clients' live websites. Those links are provided for reference. RENVOR does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of any external site.

8. Accuracy and availability

We take care to keep the information on this website accurate and current, but it is provided for general information only and may change. RENVOR does not warrant that the website will be available uninterrupted or free from errors.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RENVOR is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, this website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Enquiries you send us

Please do not send confidential information through the enquiry form. Information you submit is handled as described in our privacy policy. Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or oblige RENVOR to take on a project.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
