What counts as a minor change?
Small, everyday updates that take minutes, up to 30 minutes a month in total. Unused update time does not carry over to the next month.

Handover
The finished site is yours.
Once the agreed project fee is paid, the finished website belongs to you. If you prefer to host and manage it yourself, or hand it to someone in-house, RENVOR packages it up, writes down how to deploy it and helps point the domain wherever you want.
Hosting and care are there to save you time. Ask about handover whenever it suits.

Is hosting included?
Yes, for the first year with every package. From year two you choose Managed Hosting at €150 a year, or Website Care at €45 a month, which already includes hosting.
Will I ever pay for hosting twice?
No. Website Care includes hosting, so while you are on Care there is no separate hosting fee. In your first year, hosting is already part of your package, which is why Care costs €35 a month in that year.
What counts as a minor content change?
Changing opening hours, swapping a photo, updating prices, editing a few lines of text. Website Care covers up to 30 minutes of these each month. Unused update time does not carry over to the next month. New pages, redesigns and new features are quoted separately.
Can I update the website myself?
Yes, with the optional Website Admin System (from €199 extra). It gives you a simple editing screen for text, photos, prices or news.
Can I host the site myself?
Yes. Once the agreed project fee is paid, the completed site can be handed over for you to host and manage wherever you like.
